Emerging from Dutch undercurrents, DJ and producer dirtydms (she/her) shapes sound into playful turns, heavy pressure, and the thrill of the unexpected. She has a way of making off-kilter sounds click together, turning surprise into something fluid and forceful. Through a sharply honed ear for the in-between and instinct to read the room, dirtydms lets the spatial character of her sets move in step with the emotional dynamics unfolding around her.

Whilst low-end and percussion form the backbone of her sound, dirtydms’ approach is as tactile as it is narrative. Her music carries a deeply audiovisual sensibility, shaped by her work as a CGI artist and an ongoing fascination with the entanglement of humans and nature. dirtydms moves through a broad web of record labels, collectives, and art spaces with an ever-curious, vibrant energy, leaving a trace that feels deeply embedded and distinctly her own.
